1. Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Visnova Healthcare Systems ("Visnova," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

It applies to all websites, landing pages, forms, and digital properties we operate, including those for our individual product lines and brands, as well as to email, telephone, and text message communications we send. Where a specific site or program has its own additional terms, those terms apply alongside this policy.

2. Who this is for

Our sites and communications are intended for licensed healthcare professionals, practice owners, and their staff in the United States. They are directed at businesses rather than at patients or the general public.

We do not collect patient information.

Our forms are not intended for, and should not be used to submit, protected health information or any information about a specific patient. Please do not include patient names, medical records, diagnoses, images, or any other patient information in a form, email, or text message to us. If you send us patient information, we will delete it.

4. How we use your information

• Respond to your inquiry and have a specialist contact you

5. Communications and your consent

When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by email, telephone call, and text message at the address and number you provided, including through automated technology, about our products, services, and programs.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Phone calls. Tell the person you speak with, or contact us using the details in section 14.

Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send you messages necessary to a transaction or relationship you have with us, such as order confirmations, delivery and service updates, warranty notices, safety information, and billing.

We do not share your mobile telephone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate our sites, remember your preferences, understand how our pages are used, and measure the performance of our advertising.

Strictly necessary. Makes the site function, including page loading, form submission, and security. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics. Tells us which pages are visited and how people move through the site so we can improve it.

Advertising. Helps us show relevant ads on other platforms and measure whether a campaign worked.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of our sites may not work correctly if you do. Our sites do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here.

Service providers. Companies that host our sites, manage our customer relationship and marketing systems, send email and text messages, process payments, schedule appointments, and provide analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

Advertising platforms. To measure campaign performance and reach similar audiences. Under some state privacy laws this activity may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" for cross-context behavioral advertising. See section 9 for how to opt out.

Manufacturers, distributors, and authorized partners. Where necessary to fulfill an order, arrange delivery or installation, provide service, or honor a warranty.

Financing and leasing providers. If you request financing, and only with your knowledge.

Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, under duties of confidentiality.

Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of any person.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. We will notify you if your information becomes subject to a materially different policy.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, which generally means for the duration of our relationship with you and your practice, and afterward for the period required by our legal, tax, warranty, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. We may keep records of opt-out requests indefinitely so that we can continue to honor them.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access. Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use and share it.

Copy. Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.

Correct. Ask us to fix information that is inaccurate.

Delete. Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Opt out of targeted advertising and of any activity considered a sale or sharing of your personal information.

Non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

These rights are available to residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana, among others. California residents may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf.

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 14. We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming information we already hold about you. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections on our websites and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send

sensitive information to us by unencrypted email or text message.

11. Third-party websites and platforms

Our sites and communications may link to websites, portals, videos, scheduling tools, and social media pages operated by others. We do not control those services, and this policy does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

12. Children

Our sites and services are directed at businesses and healthcare professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use our sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.
